Job Position Details:
Teach and case manage students that qualify for special education services by providing support in the general education classroom, providing direct instruction in small group or individual settings, managing all related services and added instructional assistants, develop individual education plans, implement plans, and oversee special education process per student on caseload. In addition, coordinate academic instruction with general education teacher(s), establish and maintain behavior plans per individual student needs, and supervise/evaluate instructional assistants.

Applicants must be or be able to become an Appropriately Certified Special Education Teacher and must hold or be eligible for an Arizona Special Education Teaching Certificate. Additionally, special education teacher may need to become Appropriately Certified in Math and/or English at the grade level being assigned.
